This is a Summons to Produce Documents, in the form approved by the Director of Land Titles, pursuant to s. 160 of the Land Title Act, by means of which the registrar may require a person to produce an instrument in the person's possession or control in any capacity affecting land or a charge, or evidencing the title to it; if the instrument is required to complete registration, the registrar may require the person to deposit the instrument.
