- 432 The certificate of purchase shall be signed by the Collector, or some person authorized by the Collector for the purpose, and shall show
- (a) the name, address, and occupation of the purchaser;
- (b) the description of the parcel purchased;
- (c) the purchase price;
- (d) the last day for redemption.
