See s. 45 of the Land Title Act regarding the execution of an instrument by an individual attorney for a corporate donor, and s. 46 of the same Act regarding executions by a corporate attorney for either an individual or a corporate donor.

Note that while powers of attorney filed in the land title office generally expire three years after execution, a power of attorney executed by a corporation does not expire after three years unless revoked or terminated by other means. See s. 56(5) of the Land Title Act.
