This Part deals with the requirements for and nature of the bylaws and rules administered by the strata corporation. The bylaws of the strata corporation consist of the Standard Bylaws set out in the Schedule of Standard Bylaws, except to the extent that different bylaws are filed in the land title office. Owner developers may file bylaws differing from the Standard Bylaws on deposit of a strata plan.
Part 7 also addresses unenforceable bylaws, limitations on bylaws, bylaw amendments, and options and procedures for the enforcement of bylaws and rules.
