Strata Property Regulation—Form P (Phased Strata Plan Declaration)

Part 13 of the Strata Property Act, S.B.C. 1998, c. 43 allows a single parcel of land to be subdivided into a strata development by a deposit of plans for successive portions if a Phased Strata Declaration in Form P of the Strata Property Regulation, B.C. Reg. 43/2000 is filed. This is a sample prescribed Form P including a schedule showing the phases, common facilities in each, and their estimated dates of commencement and completion.
