This is Form V of the Strata Property Regulation. In a real estate transaction involving a strata lot, it is necessary for the purchaser’s lawyer to identify the proportionate share of the common property, the limited common property appurtenant to the strata lot, and the nature of any other rights being acquired. This form is filed in the general index of the strata corporation and shows the unit entitlement of each strata lot.
