Overview Of Director’s Directions

The director is authorized under s. 9(2) of the Land Title Act to approve documents and forms that may be registered, deposited, or filed under the Act and to establish other procedures and requirements. In exercising this authority, the director has issued the following directions. These directions may be amended from time to time and readers are encouraged to check for the most recent version at ltsa.ca.

This chapter includes:

1. a summary of the E-filing Directions, version 1.9;
2. a summary of Hardcopy Land Title Forms, DR 04-11, version 2.3, effective February 28, 2022;
3. a list of other resource materials;
