This Part deals with the creation, cancellation, powers and duties, expenses, administration, and bylaws and rules of sections. Sections represent the different interests of different types of strata lots, as set out in s. 191 of this Part.
Sections may be created for the strata corporation by owner developers upon deposit of the strata plan. Sections may also be created or cancelled by the strata corporation upon resolution at an annual or special general meeting.
