This is hardcopy Form 33, as required pursuant to the “Director’s Requirements for Hardcopy Land Title Transfer Forms (04-11)” issued by the Director of Land Titles. A party to a family law action in Supreme Court can file a certificate of pending litigation in the land title office to protect an interest in real property. A claim for a certificate of pending litigation must have been made in Schedule 4 of the notice of family claim (Supreme Court Family Rules, Form F3).
