This is an Application for Deposit of Reference or Explanatory Plan (Fee Simple) on the Consolidation of Surveyed Parcels, to be signed by the owner in fee simple and consented to by each holder of a registered charge, pursuant to s. 100(4) of the Land Title Act. This is the form approved by the Director of Land Titles to accompany a reference plan or an explanatory plan tendered for deposit without an accompanying description, if a resurvey or survey of an existing parcel is made for the purpose of re-establishing the boundaries of the parcel in accordance with the registered title, or if a new parcel is created by the consolidation of adjoining surveyed parcels.
