Duplicate Indefeasible Title—Land Title Act, Form 21(a)

This is the Duplicate Indefeasible Title approved for use by the Director of Land Titles, pursuant to s. 176(1) of the Land Title Act. Once a Duplicate Indefeasible Title is issued in response to an Application for Duplicate Indefeasible Title, the registrar rejects any subsequent applications that require the Duplicate Indefeasible Title to be on file. A second Duplicate Indefeasible Title cannot be issued until the first one has been cancelled or deemed to be cancelled.
