81 (1) If land, subdivided under the Land Title Act by plan or description, has a natural boundary that adjoins Crown land, the owner may apply to the Surveyor General to replace the natural boundary by a boundary by agreement by deposit of a new subdivision plan in a land title office.

  • (2) The Surveyor General may by endorsement on the plan agree to the boundary by agreement and the subdivision plan.
