The Land Title Practice Manual is published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia (“CLEBC”), under the authority of the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia.
CLEBC seeks to publish material that provides comprehensive guidance on the fundamentals of practice in particular areas of law. The manuals are designed for ease of use, with extensive cross-referencing, indexes, and tables of cases, statutes, and references. Their usefulness is maintained and increased through regular updating. Most manuals, including the Land Title Practice Manual, are available online.
CLEBC is a non-profit organization. Our mandate is to provide the legal profession with the highest quality educational programs and resources. We could not carry out our mandate without the generous contributions made by members of the profession.
Since its original publication in 1991, many authors, reviewers, and editors have contributed to the Land Title Practice Manual. CLEBC would like thank all who contributed to the original manual, the updates, and this third edition. In particular, we would like to express appreciation to the Editorial Board for their commitment to this project. CLEBC is grateful to these individuals for the many hours they devoted to revising the Manual and bringing it up to date.
