Hardcopy submissions are accepted only under the exemptions set out in E-filing Directions v. 1.9, available at https://ltsa.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/E-filing-Directions.pdf and reproduced in chapter 70 (Director’s Directions), or on an exception basis as permitted by the registrar in accordance with those Directions.
For hardcopy submissions, the director has approved the use of Forms A to E, 8 to 15, 17 to 22, 25, 26, 29, 31 to 36, and 38 to 40, where permitted under the relevant Directions.
